Ultra Heavy Cut – one of the most aggressive polishing pads in our lineup, made from the hardest foam for exceptional cutting power.

Designed for extreme paint correction, it effectively removes deep scratches, heavy dullness, and intense holograms. The enlarged foam cells enhance heat dissipation, minimizing the risk of surface overheating and ensuring stable, consistent cutting throughout the polishing process.

The trapezoidal pad profile, along with an additional reinforcing layer under the Velcro, guarantees full control over machine handling, while the angled edge facilitates access to hard-to-reach areas. A centrally placed hole further improves ventilation of the backing plate, preventing polish clumping and crystallization in the center of the pad.

The pad is compatible with both DA and rotary machines. Due to its aggressive nature, it is best suited for a two-step paint correction process—after the first stage, it is recommended to use a soft polishing foam pad with a finishing compound to achieve maximum gloss.
